Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your wall decor purchases. Due to the nature of these products, please review this policy carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts and accessories intact .

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used Items: Any product that has been installed, hung, or shows signs of wear.

  • Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-sized items cannot be returned unless defective .

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," "Open Box," or "As-Is."

  • Missing/Damaged Packaging: Items cannot be returned if original packaging is not intact.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper installation.

3. Return Process

  • To Initiate: Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted .

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts.

  • Shipping & Costs: Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective. We recommend trackable, insured service.

  • Restocking Fee: A 10-15% restocking fee may apply.

  • Refunds: Issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection . Original shipping fees non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund .
